Terms and Conditions (Referral Program)

Introduction

• The program is for people who refer their friends or existing clients who need handyman services to me and get a fixed 3% commission from the sale. We will pay when you accumulate RM100, so this is why we need registration and making up our records book properly.

• Anyone can participate.

• By registering and participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Agent Responsibilities

• Your role is to refer potential customers to us for handyman services.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Commission Structure

• You will earn a fixed commission of 3% of the total sale amount for each successful referral.

• Commissions will accumulate, and payment will be made once the total reaches RM100 or more.

• Payment will be processed within 24 hours of a withdrawal request.

• There are no fees or deductions applied to commission payments.

Referral Guidelines

• You can refer any individual or business in need of handyman services.

• Please provide accurate contact information for referrals.

• We will track referrals and commissions through a spreadsheet, which you can access to monitor your earnings.

Confidentiality

• Any personal information provided by you will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of managing the referral program.

• We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination

• Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time.

• If you terminate the program before reaching the RM100 commission threshold, any accumulated commissions will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiation.

• If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be resolved through [mediation/arbitration].

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the referral program.

Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Data Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected from you, such as your name and contact details, will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of managing the referral program.

• We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to process your commission payments.

• We will take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  

Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of referrals and to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity.

• If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may withhold or terminate your participation in the program.

• We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity and the legitimacy of referrals.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you through email.  

• Your continued participation in the referral program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
